A 32" x 44" stainless steel table rolls out ever so smoothly and locks in position to create a workstation. This table has a bench grinder and drill press mounted in position as it is safe and secure. The tool box was custom fit and rolls out with the workstation.
The anvil has a fabricated pedestal that is pinned to the mounting bracket. The mount is on an articulating arm with the capabilities of 360 degrees turning radius and can angle up to 120 degrees with a position adjustment pedal. The arm can be dismounted from the arm rail. The anvil can be unmounted for safe transportation.
This horseshoe heating forge has a 10' propane line hooked to a gauge and regulator mounted inside the van. The portable 20 lb. propane tank sits on a mounted ring and is secured with proper chains. A fire extinguisher is mounted for fire safety.
The rear passenger side of the van feature wire rack shelfing. They are custom fit to contour the van and fit Akro style bins for organizational needs.
Horseshoe storage rack was custom built to fit the farrier's preferred shoes. This rack rolls out for easy access and displays a nice visual of inventory levels, as each spot is size and type specific.
A portable generator was installed with a stainless-steel exhaust tube that expelled outside of the van away from the working areas. It is hooked up to a 4-plug surge protected power strip mounted to the roll out table, a switch for two 3' LED shop lights that were installed overhead each door.
